Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the LiviRuby website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
Payment must be successfully completed before your order can be processed.
Orders
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order in the unlikely event that an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or affected by an inventory error.
If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange an appropriate refund.
Product Information
We do our best to ensure product descriptions, sizing, colours and photographs are as accurate as possible.
Please be aware that colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
As our garments may be produced using natural fabrics and different production processes, slight variations between individual pieces may occur.
Shipping
Standard New Zealand shipping is a flat rate of $9 NZD.
We offer free New Zealand shipping on orders over $150 NZD.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
LiviRuby is not responsible for delays outside of our reasonable control once a parcel has been handed over to the delivery provider. This does not affect any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Change-of-mind and sizing returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and has all original tags attached.
Return shipping for change-of-mind or sizing returns is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Approved change-of-mind returns may be exchanged or issued as store credit.
Sale and clearance items are final sale for change-of-mind purposes.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, we will provide the remedy required by law.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to any conditions stated at the time of the promotion.
Unless otherwise specified, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers and cannot be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.
Intellectual Property
All LiviRuby branding, designs, photographs, graphics, written content and other original material on this website remain the property of LiviRuby or their respective rights holders.
LiviRuby-owned content must not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior permission.

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
We may update, change or temporarily remove website content, products or services when reasonably necessary.
